Returns & Refunds

If you find that your purchased item doesn’t fit, doesn’t suit, or you simply aren’t satisfied, please email us at info@tinypawcouture.com to organise a return. Returns are only accepted when contact has been made with us within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase receipt and must be physically returned to us within a further 14 days.

Items must be unused and in its original packaging and condition. Once the item has arrived back to our HQ we will either refund you or provide you with a store credit to the value of the item at the time of purchase so that you can find an alternative size or product.

The cost of shipping is at the buyers expense. Whether this be the original shipment , return shipping or paying for postage for items purchased with store credit (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product). We recommend you send the parcel back with a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back and do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit. 

Delivery and shipping costs are non refundable.

Please note all sale & clearance products are not eligible for a return or exchange.
