By using this website and/or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms & conditions - 

  • Tiny Paw Couture products are intended for use as pet accessories only. Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate use and supervision when products are worn by pets.

  • You have measured your dog and read each individual size chart for the product/s you are purchasing as product sizes may vary. 

  • Tiny Paw Couture is unable to take responsibility for sizing issues. Please carefully read the sizing guide for each specific product before placing your order. If in doubt, please email us with your dog's neck and chest measurements before purchasing.

  • Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we do not cancel/refund orders. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us ASAP and we'll see what we can do before your order has been dispatched.

  • Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender' the buyer must pay the same postage fee to get the item re-delivered to them again.

  • You have read our returns & exchange policy and understand we do not provide refunds for change of mind.If an item is to be returned and or exchanged, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in it’s original packaging and condition.

  • For returned products you will be provided with a store credit for the amount paid for the item at the time of placing the order. Shipping fee is non refundable.

  • Price adjustments or partial refunds will not be provided if you have placed an order for a full priced item and the product is on sale the following day/ week etc.

  • You understand that Australia Post is out of our control and you agree to their shipping terms: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/current-covid-19-impacts

  • We are only a small business. please allow 2-6 business days for domestic orders to be dispatched and allow up to 8-10 business days for international orders to be dispatched. Please allow an additional 5-12 business days for order to be dispatched during a sale & new launch period.

  • By placing a pre order item/s, your entire order will be shipped when all products become available. (If you urgently need a product that is in stock before the pre order item is available, please place two seperate orders). 

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the postal carrier. Tiny Paw Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or any loss or damage caused to the package during transit.

  • International orders - In addition to the Items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.

  • Cancellation of Orders-  Tiny Paw Couture may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.     

  • Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we do not cancel/refund orders. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us ASAP and we'll see what we can do before your order has been dispatched.

  • We take great care to ensure product descriptions and images accurately represent our products. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

  • All content, designs, images and branding belonging to Tiny Paw Couture may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

  • Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

    Tiny Paw Couture reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that are suspected to be fraudulent.

    Orders may be subject to verification procedures to protect both customers and our business from unauthorised transactions.

    Customers agree to contact Tiny Paw Couture directly to resolve any issues with their order prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their payment provider.

    Unauthorised chargebacks may result in future orders being declined.

 

Our Guarantee:

Tiny Paw Couture products are made from high quality and durable materials, however they are not indestructible. We guarantee our accessories and pet products at the time of purchase against any defects. If you have experienced a problem with any of our products, please send us an email info@tinypawcouture.com

Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to use. We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
