All Tiny Paw Couture orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–4 business days.

During collection launches, sales, or peak periods, processing times may extend slightly. 

As a small business, there may occasionally be short scheduled breaks where dispatch times are extended. Any shipping delays will be communicated on our website.

 

We ship Australia-wide using tracked shipping services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

 

Tiny Paw Couture ships internationally to selected countries.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard International: 10–28 business days

  • Express International: 8–14 business days

Please note international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

Unfortunately we do not ship to North America including USA and Canada.

 

Tracking-

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses- 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Tiny Paw Couture is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost Or Delayed Parcels-

Once parcels are handed to the postal carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
