Our Models: Ollie (Green Dress) 3.8kg and Charlie (Red Dress) 4.5kg are both wearing a size XS. They have thick long hair which effects where the necklace sits so they were it looser then short hair pups would. The necklace is loose so it sits lower, overhanging the dress to allow it to stand out more.
